Issues are rare; however, if work has been damaged or lost in transit, we will work to resolve this with you. If the box is damaged upon arrival, please photograph the box before opening, as well as the artwork inside and any damage, and email hello@velingallery.com within 5 days of receiving the artwork. Images are needed for filing claims with shippers. In the case that return shipping is required, please retain the original packaging. Any requests submitted after 5 days or without photos of the artwork and packaging cannot be guaranteed to be eligible for a refund.
